Staff helpful, despite reservation mix up. Booked taxi to Museo Larco. Good breakfast buffet. Puerto Med restaurant nearby.
Everything was fantastic.

I arrived early and they let me check in as soon as my room was ready. The shower pressure was fantastic and there was a nice sized tub in the bathroom.
At the time of my stay there was construction going on next door. Pretty loud. The pictures of the rooms make them look very chic but in reality they are a little stale.

On my Christmas trip, I stayed in a 3-star hotel in a safe location. The hotel offered a good breakfast, and it was located near restaurants and cafes. The staff was friendly and professional.
The rooms were not soundproofed, so there was a lot of noise. I also had difficulty with the elevator and had to carry my luggage up and down the stairs.

The hotel was the least expensive in that class for that particular location.Brand is welll known to be secure, comfortable and afordable
1 - Location wise, the center of activity for miraflores is not that accessible unless one walks about 6 blocks 2. No on site restaurant for room service 3. No in room coffee/tea service

The location.
The front desk staff was not as attentive as expected I.E. we waited 20 min in the lobby while the taxi that was ordered by the front desk was waiting outside for the same 20 min. I was very disappointed with the rooms and the bathroom, the room was very small.

I stayed in this hotel for a great price of $35 and it was a great deal. The hotel was clean, had good breakfast options, and the staff were extremely helpful, they even booked a taxi for me. The location was fantastic, in a nice neighborhood close to supermarkets and pharmacies.
Nothing could have been better.

Great value for money. The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood of central Lima, which is generally expensive. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, with Francisco standing out for his kindness and helpfulness. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the only window looking out into the hallway for gentle air circulation. The breakfast served is also a plus.
Nothing to complain about, all was ok.

The accommodation is in a great area full of bars and restaurants, close to the coastline. Even though it's in an expensive neighborhood, the price is reasonable. the breakfast included in the price was impressive, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room size is pretty small compared to the price charged, which makes it difficult to maneuver, especially if you have a lot of luggage.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to important landmarks such as shops and restaurants. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The room we stayed in was well-equipped with a safe and fast Wi-Fi.
The shower temperature was quite inconsistent during our stay and a bit chilly in the evenings. Additionally, the room we stayed in was slightly smaller than we had expected and lacked a proper window, making it feel quite claustrophobic at times.
